The house is right next to Fuengirolas market place, the ”Recinto Ferial” with market every Tuesday and Saturday as well as several events and festivals annually (the most popular ones in late April and early October). It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the beach (750 m) and there are only 350 m to the nearest large grocery store and bar / pizzeria. Los Boliches itself is known for its multinational community, as well as for the beautiful, wide beaches that stretch from Carvajal in the east to the castle in the west.
